If you wish to make a return, you must do so within 7 business days upon receiving your order. You must submit an emailed request for a return authorization by emailing your name. invoice number, the item to be returned, and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return authorization number which you must include in your return package. Items must be returned in new and original condition in order to receive a credit for the item. Shipping charges of a returned item are at the customer’s expense. Clearance items are not subject to our return policy.
Broken or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, you must contact email@example.com within 7 business days upon receiving your order.
