Shipping is determined by the weight and packaging of purchased items at the discretion of Sassy Daph Boutique, LLC using a carrier of choice by Sassy Daph Boutique, LLC.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days. Free Shipping promotions only apply to orders with a ship to location in the Domestic USA.
If you wish to make a return, you must do so within 7 business days upon receiving your order. You must submit an emailed request for a Return Authorization by emailing your name, invoice number, the item to be returned, and reason for return to email@example.com. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number which you must include in your return package. Items must be returned in new and original condition in order to receive a credit for the item. Shipping charges of a returned item are at the customer’s expense. Clearance items are not subject to our return policy.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days upon receiving your order. You must include in your email: your name, invoice number, and list the item broken or defective. Once your email has been received, you will contacted by a representative to issue a replacement of your item.
Only one promotional code may be used per order. However, Free Shipping promotions listed on the site will be automatically applied at checkout and can be used in addition to a promotional code. To qualify for the $20.00 Free Shipping Promotion, orders must total $20.00 after any additional discounts are applied. Certain promotional codes may only be used once per account. For example, a promotion that offers a discount on “First Order Purchases” can only be used on the first order.
